I am a first time customer and placed my order online on 2/21/25. While placing the order online in writing it stated that someone would contact me within 48 hours to schedule my delivery. After not hearing from anyone I called customer service. It was very difficult to speak to someone but in the 8th call finally got someone who put me on hold and disconnected the call. I called back and she advised me it would be 2 to 3 weeks to get my order. I advised her the website said 48 hours. Anyways I agreed to wait the 3 weeks. After the 3 weeks I again did not hear from anyone as I was advised someone would contact me to schedule delivery. I called customer service, this time it took 2 days of calling for hours to get someone on the phone. I advised I would like a refund and advised of my horrible experience. The rep then tells me there will be a 25% restocking fee. I advised her then I will charge an additional 35% late fee and failed communication fee. I was advised my furniture made it to the warehouse 3 days ago and she can schedule me 5 days from the day of my call which now make 4 weeks without furniture. I agreed only to not get screwed out of my money on a restocking fee which is due to their poor communication and customer service. All in all I will not be a returning customer as this was the worse experience I have ever had when dealing with a company.
