We are committed to delivering a fast, courteous, and professional service to our customers. Prior to delivery, Bel Furniture will carefully inspect all merchandise. If you prefer to keep the merchandise in its original packaging, please inform us at the time of purchase.
Note: If the customer places a request to deliver merchandise unopened and in the original packaging, some assembly may be required by the customer.
Important: Due to the high volume of deliveries, we cannot guarantee any delivery timeframes. Delivery personnel will contact you the morning of your delivery to give you a window of approximately 3-4 hours. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and delays such as traffic, weather, etc., potential delays may arise. Deliveries are made between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.
Reschedule Delivery: If you need to reschedule your delivery or update the delivery address, please contact our delivery department via email at delivery@belfurniture.com or call us directly at 832-358-8899, Extension 106 or 107.
Note:Â If a customer chooses to cancel the delivery within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date, a re-delivery fee of $149.99 will apply.
Delivery Related Damage
BEL customers have the option to accept or decline a damaged item upon delivery. To classify an item as "delivery damage" due to issues such as scratches, dents, nicks, tears, holes, stains, etc., any damage at the time of delivery must be documented on the delivery receipt and reported to our customer service department the same day. For your protection, please ensure that the delivery driver acknowledges and signs the documentation.
Please be aware that any delivery-related damages reported after delivery paperwork is signed will not be covered.
Customer Pick up
Please inspect your merchandise carefully. Bel Furniture is not responsible for damage or missing parts for any item received from any BEL location after it has been removed from our loading docks. Some assembly may be required. Make sure inspection of merchandise is done and signed for.Â
Delivery rates apply to purchases made within a 50-mile radius of our showrooms.
