We strive to provide our customers with fast, courteous, and professional delivery. Prior to delivery, Bel Furniture will open and inspect all merchandise. If merchandise needs to remain in the original packing, please notify us at time of purchase.

If the customer places a request to deliver merchandise unopened and in the original packaging, some assembly may be required by the customer.

Due to the high volume of deliveries, we cannot guarantee any delivery timeframes. Delivery personnel will contact you the morning of your delivery to give you a window of approximately 3-4 hours. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and delays such as traffic, weather, etc., potential delays may arise. Deliveries are made between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m.

Reschedule Delivery:
To reschedule the delivery of your order or to notify us of a change in the delivery address, please contact our delivery department via email or call us directly at 832-358-8899 Ext. 106 & 108.

Note: If the customer chooses to cancel the delivery within 48 hours of delivery date, this will result in a $129.99 re delivery fee.

Delivery Related Damage

BEL customers may accept or refuse a damaged item upon delivery. A damaged item at time of delivery must be written on delivery receipt or reported to our customer service department within 72 hours in order for the item to be considered as "delivery damage." (Scratch, dents, nicks, tears, holes, stains, etc.)  Make sure the delivery driver acknowledges and signs the documentation for your protection.

However, any delivery related damages reported AFTER our 72 hour grace period will not be accepted.

Customer Pick up

Please inspect your merchandise carefully. Bel Furniture is not responsible for damage or missing parts for any item received from any BEL location after it has been removed from our loading docks. Some assembly may be required. Make sure inspection of merchandise is done and signed for.
