If a delivery has been completed, normal cancellation policies of BEL Furniture will apply as to the amount to be credited back to your account. Delivery charges are non-refundable. There are no refunds or returns after 72 hours of the delivery. Prior to that, it is a website or store credit only.

4. Delivery Policy

You must make any changes about Delivery Day, Delivery Address, Phone # or E-Mail notification changes or to the actual order itself by telephone to 713-322-1570 XT:236 48 hours PRIOR to the delivery date and must be confirmed by us back to you. An additional delivery charge may apply if not adhered to.

5. Warranty Information

BEL Furniture warranty applies to web site merchandise as well except on the clearance category of items under Specials.

6. Financing/Lease-to-own

Although the application process is offered on line for expediency and customer convenience, actual purchases on line are precluded from using any approved or pre-approved applications from Wells Fargo Financial Services. Those approvals must be used and processed/verified on an in store basis only with no exceptions. Forms of payments for purchases on line are listed on the BEL Furniture website at the checkout portal.
