1. Online Purchases
While photography accuracy is strived for, the imagery is for illustration purposes only, and may vary slightly based on color presentation or actual style variation due to availability of any imagery.
Product selection may vary from store to store and some items/offers are exclusive to the internet website.
Direct Ship (Selected Online-Only Items)
Direct Ship items are select furniture products available online only at Bel Furniture. These items are NOT available in-store and not eligible for pickup. They ship FREE directly from our vendors to homes across the United States. Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier scheduling, and product availability.
2. Errors on Website
The website may contain typographical or other errors/inaccuracies even though diligence has been applied by BEL Furniture and or its affiliates. We, BEL Furniture, reserve the right to correct any errors/inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) to change or update said information at anytime without prior notice. Please be aware that such unintentional errors, inaccuracies, omissions or photographical errors may relate to product pricing, an offers time frame, availability, or product specifications and we, BEL furniture, reserve the right to revoke any offer or to accept any order placed based on these criteria whether or not an order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for a purchase, and we cancel the order, BEL Furniture will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate as to when the amount is credited to your account. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
3. Refunds / Cancellations
Once delivery has been completed, BEL Furniture’s standard cancellation policy applies to determine any amount eligible to be credited to your account. Delivery charges are non-refundable. No refunds or returns are accepted after 72 hours from the time of delivery. Within the first 72 hours, any approved adjustment will be issued as website credit or in-store credit only.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of a scheduled delivery, or missed deliveries, may result in a restocking or handling fee equal to the delivery charge. Any damage (including scratches, dents, tears, stains, or other defects) or missing parts must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to Customer Service within 48 hours. Customers may accept or refuse items with visible damage at the time of delivery, and the delivery driver must acknowledge and sign the damage report.
4. Delivery & Pickup Policy
Delivery
All orders must be paid in full before the scheduled delivery date. We will contact you 24–48 hours prior to delivery to confirm your address. Specific time requests (morning, afternoon, or evening) cannot be guaranteed, and delivery times may be affected by weather, traffic, or other unforeseen conditions. On the morning of your scheduled delivery, our delivery team will provide an estimated delivery window of approximately 3–4 hours. Please clear the area where you would like your furniture placed before delivery. Our team will deliver, place, and set up your furniture in the room of your choice, and disposal/recycling of packing materials is included; however, we do not move existing furniture or set up electronics. Some assembly may be required by the customer if the merchandise is received in its original packaging.

Delivery fees and service options vary by order type and total. Single mattress orders under $800 have a $49.99 delivery fee, while single mattress orders of $800 or more qualify for free delivery. For other orders, delivery is $89.99 for totals under $1,000, $149.99 for totals between $1,000 and $2,000, and free for totals of $2,000 or more. Next-day delivery is available for $199.99 within a 50-mile radius of the Distribution Center in Katy, and orders must be placed before 2:00 PM. Where available, room-of-choice delivery, full assembly, and removal of boxes/debris may be included. Old mattress removal is available for eligible orders as listed and requires the purchase of a new mattress set; the mattress being removed must be free of stains and body fluids.
Pickups
For pick-up orders, please check your invoice for the correct pick-up location and bring your receipt to the cashier counter for processing and warehouse instructions. A valid photo ID is required (driver’s license, state-issued ID, or federal government-issued ID). If someone else is picking up on your behalf, that person’s name must be listed in the order comments. After processing, you will receive a warehouse ticket; please park in a designated warehouse pick-up lane and present the ticket to a warehouse team member. Customer receipt and photo ID are required to release merchandise. Payments by check require management approval and bank verification, and pick-ups are first-come, first-served. Customers are responsible for assembly and set-up after pick-up. Bel Furniture staff may assist with loading only and is not responsible for securing merchandise or for any damages or injuries during loading.
For online orders paid by credit card or financing, the cardholder must be present at the time of pick-up and must present a valid ID matching the cardholder’s name. Merchandise will not be released if these requirements are not met.
5. Warranty Information
BEL Furniture warranty applies to web site merchandise as well except on the clearance category of items under Specials.
6. Financing/Lease-to-own
Financing
60 Months Special Financing (Equal Payments): 9.99% APR for 60 months on qualifying purchases of $1,299 or more made with the Bel Furniture Synchrony HOME Credit Card, subject to credit approval. Fixed monthly payments are required for 60 months.
Interest will be charged from the purchase date at a reduced 9.99% APR. Required payments are equal to 2.1242% of the initial total promo purchase amount (rounded up to the next whole dollar). The number of payments and/or final payment amount may vary due to rounding or account activity.
The Bel Furniture Synchrony HOME Credit Card is a revolving credit card issued through Synchrony Bank.
Standard account terms: New accounts as of 07/31/2025 — Purchase APR 34.99%, Penalty APR 39.99%, Minimum Interest Charge $2 (existing cardholders: see your card agreement). Terms are subject to change.
No Interest if Paid in Full Within 12 Months: Available on purchases of $299 or more. If the promo balance is not paid in full within 12 months, interest will be charged from the purchase date. Minimum monthly payments are required.
Leasing
The advertised service is lease-to-own or a rental- or lease-purchase agreement provided by Prog Leasing, LLC, or its affiliates. Acquiring ownership by leasing costs more than the retailer’s cash price. Leasing available on select items at participating locations only.
No Credit Needed: Progressive Leasing obtains information from credit bureaus. Not all applicants are approved.

These Terms are an agreement between the user (“you,” “user,” or “visitor”) and Prog Leasing, LLC, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions (collectively “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Prog Leasing”). These Terms apply to our websites, kiosks, software, applications, and other online services that post or include a link to these Terms of Use (collectively, the “Progressive Platforms”).
The Terms include the E-Sign Disclosure, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Arbitration Provision. The Terms contain the entire understanding between you and us with respect to the Progressive Platforms and no oral or written representation, statement, or inducement not contained herein shall bind either party. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time.
By submitting this application, the user is requesting Prog Leasing to review the information that the user provides and to create a lease agreement with the user as the lessee. Only individuals over eighteen (18) years of age may apply for a lease agreement. Prog Leasing will keep user information on file even if the user does not enter into a lease agreement with Prog Leasing.
The user authorizes Prog Leasing to forward application decisions to the retailer location that the user selects in the application and/or to the retailer location where the user’s application was entered.
The user promises that the information that the user provides on this application is accurate. The user authorizes Prog Leasing to verify this information and to obtain reports about the user from consumer reporting agencies. The user authorizes Prog Leasing to share information that Prog Leasing has about the user at any time for marketing and administrative purposes, as permitted by law. Upon request, Prog Leasing will tell the user if Prog Leasing has received a consumer report and the name and address of the agency that provided it. Prog Leasing may provide account information to the credit reporting agencies. Any of the above activity may impact the user’s credit score.
The user agrees that by providing the user’s mobile phone number, Prog Leasing has permission to contact the user at that number about the user’s account. The user’s consent allows Prog Leasing to use text messaging, artificial, or prerecorded voice messages, and automatic dialing technology for informational and account service calls. Such communication may include contact from companies working on Prog Leasing’s behalf to service the user’s accounts. Message and data rates may apply. The user may contact Prog Leasing at any time to change these communication preferences.
