Warranty Coverage

BEL Furniture offers a 12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser for non-commercial use. Coverage includes defects in upholstered, leather, bedroom, dining, and dinette furniture, with exclusions for normal wear, finishes, and fabric or leather replacement. Mattresses are covered under their individual manufacturer warranties, which vary by brand and model.

Customers are responsible for the delivery fee for warranty service.

180-Day Price Guarantee

We're committed to the best prices on quality home furniture. If within 180 days from the purchase date on your receipt you find a lower price, we'll match the advertised price of any in-stock item we carry.

Simply bring in the current, printed advertisement for the same item from any competitor (excluding internet specials), and we'll credit your account with the difference in the form of in-store credit only. That credit balance is valid for 30 days from the date it's issued.

Internet or website specials and online sale events — whether from BEL Furniture or another retailer — may not be covered by this guarantee. Internet/website specials, online events, and clearance merchandise are also not eligible for in-store purchase.

180-Day Sleep & Comfort Guarantee

The 180-Day Sleep Comfort Guarantee is exclusive to BEL Mattress Company, a division of BEL Furniture, and applies only to qualifying premium mattress sets.

If you are not completely satisfied with your qualifying mattress, you may exchange it one time for a different selection, subject to restocking fees. Customers must sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting an exchange. Exchanges apply only to qualifying mattresses.

When exchanging your mattress, you may upgrade to a different model. If the new mattress is equal to or greater in price than the original, you are responsible for paying the difference. If the new mattress is lower in price, the difference will NOT be refunded.

Mattress bedding accessories (i.e. pillows, sheets, protectors and adjustable bases) are NOT refundable, returnable, or exchangeable.

To qualify, the mattress must be clean and free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of misuse. A premium mattress protector must be purchased from BEL Furniture at the time of the original mattress purchase.

All exchanges must be handled by BEL Furniture delivery truck. Customers are responsible for the $149.99 delivery fee. Pick-up from stores or the distribution center is not allowed.

This one-time offer is for an exchange and not a refund.

Clearance items, floor samples, foundations, adjustable bases, special orders, size swaps, and damaged or misused items are excluded.

BEL Furniture reserves the right to update this policy at any time without notice.
