Delivery Information
- All orders must be paid in full before the scheduled delivery date.
- You will be contacted 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to confirm your address.
- Specific time requests (mornings, afternoons, or evenings) cannot be guaranteed.
- Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen conditions may occur and could impact the delivery timeframe.
- On the morning of your scheduled delivery date, delivery personnel will provide a delivery window of approximately 3–4 hours.
- Clear the area where you would like your furniture placed before delivery.
- Our drivers will deliver, place, and set up your furniture in the room of your choice. Disposal and recycling of all packing materials are included. Our team does not move existing furniture or set up electronics.
- Some assembly may be required by the customer if the merchandise remains in its original packaging.
Reschedule Delivery
- To reschedule or update your delivery address, please email delivery@belfurniture.com or call 832-358-8899 (Ext. 106 or 107) at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.
Cancellations
- Cancellations within 48 hours or missed deliveries may result in a restocking or handling fee equal to the delivery charge.
Damaged or Missing Parts on Delivery
- Any damage (scratches, dents, tears, stains, etc.) or missing parts must be documented on the delivery receipt and reported to Customer Service within 48 hours.
- Customers can choose to accept or decline items with visible damage upon delivery.
- The delivery driver must acknowledge and sign the damage report.
Pick-Up Information
Check your invoice for your designated pickup location.
Upon arrival, please bring your receipt to the cashier counter for processing and warehouse pickup instructions. A valid photo ID is required. Accepted forms of identification include a driver’s license, state-issued ID, or federal government-issued ID.
If another person is picking up your order, their name must be included in the order comments before pickup.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a warehouse pickup ticket. Please park in a designated warehouse pickup lane and present your ticket to a warehouse team member.
All pickups require both the customer receipt and a valid photo ID. Payments made by check are subject to management approval and bank verification. Pickups are completed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that customers are responsible for assembly and setup after pickup. Bel Furniture staff can assist with loading merchandise, but Bel Furniture is not responsible for securing items in your vehicle or for any damage or injury that may occur during loading.

- The cardholder must be present at the time of pickup.
- You must present a valid ID matching the cardholder’s name.
- Please Note: Merchandise will NOT be released if these requirements are not met.
Direct Ship Furniture
- Direct Ship items are select furniture products available online only at Bel Furniture.
- These items ship FREE directly from our vendors to your home in the United States.
- Delivery time is 7–10 business days.
- Please Note: Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier scheduling, and product availability.

Delivery Policy
- Delivery fees shown in the table above apply to the Greater Houston area and generally cover ZIP codes within 50 miles of our Texas store locations only. These rates do not apply to addresses in Mexico or Louisiana.
- For other Texas areas outside our standard delivery zone, we still offer delivery on regular-priced items for a flat fee of $299 (for examples: Austin, Dallas, Laredo, etc.)
- This delivery charge does not apply to Direct Ship items. Direct Ship items include free nationwide shipping and are delivered directly to your home by our vendor.
- At checkout, you will see the available delivery or pickup options based on your shipping address and the items in your order.
*Next-day delivery only available within 50 miles radius from Distribution Center in Katy. Orders must be placed before 2PM.
**Removal of old mattress with purchase of new mattress set: Mattress must be free of stain and body fluids.
