FREE Delivery and set up**

At Bel Furniture, we are committed to delivering fast, courteous, and professional service. We make it easy for you to enjoy your new furniture—most in-stock items can be delivered within 48 hours, and in some cases, even the next day!* Before delivery, all merchandise is carefully inspected. If you prefer to receive your items unopened in their original packaging, please let us know at the time of purchase.

Delivery Information

  • All orders must be paid in full before the scheduled delivery date.
  • Some assembly may be required by the customer if merchandise remains in its original packaging.
  • Our drivers will deliver, place, and set up your furniture in the room of your choice.
  • Specific time requests (mornings, afternoons, or evenings) cannot be guaranteed.
  • You will be contacted 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to confirm your address.
  • On the morning of your scheduled delivery date, delivery personnel will provide a delivery window of approximately 3–4 hours.
  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen conditions may occur and could impact the delivery timeframe.
  • To reschedule or update your delivery address, please email elivery@belfurniture.com or call 832-358-8899 (Ext. 106 or 107) at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours or missed deliveries may result in a restocking or handling fee equal to the delivery charge.
  • Clear the area where you would like your furniture placed before delivery.
  • Our team does not move existing furniture or set up electronics.
  • Disposal and recycling of all packing materials is included.
  • Customers can choose to accept or decline items with visible damage upon delivery.
  • Any damages (scratches, dents, tears, stains, etc.) must be documented on the delivery receipt and reported to Customer Service within 48 hours.
  • The delivery driver must acknowledge and sign the damage report.

Pick-Up Information

  • Check your invoice for pickup location details.
  • Bring your receipt to the cashier counter for processing and warehouse instructions.
  • Provide a valid photo ID:
    • Driver’s License
    • State-Issued ID
    • Federal Government Issued ID
  • If someone else is picking up, their name must be listed in the order comments.
  • Receive your warehouse ticket from the cashier.
  • Park in a designated warehouse pickup lane.
  • Present your warehouse ticket to a warehouse team member.
  • Customer receipt and photo ID are required.
  • Payments by check require management approval and bank verification.
  • Pick-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Customers are responsible for assembly and set up after pick-up.
  • Bel Furniture staff will assist with loading only—we are not responsible for securing merchandise or for any damages or injuries during loading.

Additional Information for Online Order Pick-Ups

  • For Online Credit Card and Financing Orders:
  • The cardholder must be present at the time of pickup.
  • You must present a valid ID matching the cardholder’s name.
  • Please Note: Merchandise will NOT be released if these requirements are not met.
