Canceling an Order

You have a 72-hour grace period from the date of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund — as long as the merchandise has not yet been picked up or delivered.

Cancellations made after this 72-hour window are subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the value of the merchandise.

3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

After Your Order Is Delivered or Picked Up

If your merchandise has already been delivered or picked up, our 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee lets you return it within three days.

If you choose to cancel the invoice within this window, a 25% cancellation fee applies, and your original delivery charges are non-refundable.

How Returns Work

Returned items must be free of damage. You're welcome to bring them back to our warehouse, or we can schedule a pickup for an additional delivery fee.

Once your return is processed, refunds may take 10–14 business days from the agreed return date. All returns are subject to inspection, and approved refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item, including applicable taxes.

Delivery, shipping, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or defective.

Online & Special-Order Merchandise

All factory shipping timelines are estimates, typically ranging from 4 to 6 weeks. While we always aim to meet these expectations, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary based on your fabric selection and product availability.

Please note that all Direct Ship and Special Order items are non-refundable and are excluded from our return policy.

Warranty Coverage

BEL Furniture offers a 12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser for non-commercial use, covering a range of categories for your peace of mind.

  • Upholstered & leather furniture — protection against defects in springs, frame construction, seam integrity, and loss of foam cushion resiliency. It does not cover replacement of fabric or leather materials.
  • Bedroom, dining room & dinette — covers defects in materials or workmanship, but excludes issues related to finishes or normal wear and tear.
  • Mattresses — protected under the specific warranty terms of their respective manufacturers, which may vary by brand and model.

This coverage reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship and lasting durability across every category we carry.

180-Day Price Guarantee

The Longest Low-Price Guarantee in Furniture

We're committed to the best prices on quality home furniture. If within 180 days from the purchase date on your receipt you find a lower price, we'll match the advertised price of any in-stock item we carry.

Simply bring in the current, printed advertisement for the same item from any competitor (excluding internet specials), and we'll credit your account with the difference in the form of in-store credit only. That credit balance is valid for 30 days from the date it's issued.

Internet or website specials and online sale events — whether from BEL Furniture or another retailer — may not be covered by this guarantee. Internet/website specials, online events, and clearance merchandise are also not eligible for in-store purchase.
