We want every piece you bring home to feel right. If something isn't quite working out, here's exactly how cancellations, returns, and refunds work at BEL Furniture — clearly and without surprises.

Canceling an Order

You have a 72-hour grace period from the date of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund — as long as the merchandise has not yet been picked up or delivered.

Cancellations made after this 72-hour window are subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the value of the merchandise.

Reselections on regular stock items for equal or greater value will not incur any restocking fee but will require an additional redelivery fee.

3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If your merchandise has already been delivered or picked up, our 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee lets you return it within three days.

If you choose to cancel the invoice within this window, a 25% cancellation fee applies, and your original delivery charges are non-refundable.

How Returns Work

Bel Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Returned items must be disassembled and in original packaging.

If returned items need to be picked up from your home, you will be charged a pickup fee.

Once your return is processed, refunds may take 10–14 business days from the agreed return date. All returns are subject to inspection, and approved refunds are issued for the purchase price of the item, including applicable taxes.

Delivery, shipping, and handling fees are non-refundable.

Items We Can't Accept

A few categories are excluded from this return policy and are not eligible for a refund:

  • Mattresses, boxsprings, pillows, adjustable bases, mattress protectors, mattress pads
  • Clearance items
  • Special order items
  • Floor models
  • Other select items as noted at the time of purchase

Online & Special-Order Merchandise

All factory shipping timelines are estimates, typically ranging from 4 to 6 weeks. While we always aim to meet these expectations, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary based on your fabric selection and product availability.

Please note that all Direct Ship and Special Order items are non-refundable and are excluded from our return policy.

Once an order is placed, production cannot be stopped. If you wish to modify or cancel your Custom Special Order, you have 24 hours on the day of purchase to do so at no charge. Any changes or cancellations to Custom Special Order items after 24 hours on the day of purchase will result in the loss of your 25% non-refundable deposit.
