3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Re-Selecting Within Three Days

If your merchandise has already been delivered or picked up, our 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to bring it back within three days for a one-time re-selection of equal or greater value, with no restocking fees.

If the new selection is of greater value, you'll simply pay the difference. It's the easiest way to make sure your space comes together exactly the way you pictured it.

How an Exchange Works

To be eligible for re-selection, items must be brought back free of damage. You're welcome to bring them to our warehouse, or we can schedule a pickup for an additional delivery fee.

All items are subject to inspection before the re-selection is finalized.

Items Excluded from Exchange

Some categories are not eligible for exchange or re-selection under the 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • Mattresses and mattress pads (see the Sleep Comfort Guarantee below)
  • Clearance items and floor models
  • Direct Ship and Special Order merchandise, which is excluded from exchange or re-selection

180-Day Sleep Comfort Guarantee

Exclusive to BEL Mattress Company

Our 180-Day Sleep Comfort Guarantee is exclusive to BEL Mattress Company, a division of BEL Furniture, and offers the longest time frame in the mattress industry — provided in collaboration with our bedding manufacturers. Here's how it works:

  1. Only premium mattress sets qualify. See store for details.
  2. All initial sales must be made as a 2-piece Twin, Full, or Queen set — or, for King size, a 3-piece set.
  3. Keep the mattress for a minimum of 30 days from the original delivery date — the accepted adjustment period for a new mattress.
  4. The mattress may be exchanged once within the 180-day period (from delivery) for a model of equal or greater value. If the new selection is of greater value, the difference must be paid.
  5. To qualify, the mattress must be free from stains, soiling, tears, burns, odors, or any obvious signs of abuse. For this reason, a premium mattress protector must be purchased at the time of the original mattress purchase from our mattress department.
$149.99 Exchanges must be facilitated on a BEL Furniture delivery truck, with this delivery fee paid by the customer. No pick-up is allowed from a store location or the BEL Furniture Distribution Center for a mattress exchange.

What the Sleep Comfort Guarantee Excludes

Re-selections are not available on the following under the Sleep Comfort Guarantee:

  • Clearance items and floor samples
  • Mattress foundations and adjustable power bases
  • Soiled or misused items
  • Special orders
  • Size swaps

What is Bel Furniture’s exchange policy?

Customers may return eligible merchandise without damage to the Bel Furniture warehouse, or they may pay an additional delivery fee for Bel Furniture to pick up the item.

What items cannot be exchanged at Bel Furniture?

Some items are excluded from Bel Furniture’s exchange policy, including mattresses, mattress pads, clearance items, floor models, direct ship items, special order items, and other select merchandise. Customers should confirm eligibility before requesting an exchange.
