- Single incident of damage caused by a Pet
Wood and Hard Surface Coverage
- All stains
- Breakage of wood or other hard surfaces including slats*
- Gouges, heat or liquid marks*
- Chips/breaks of glass, mirrors and loss of silvering except crowned or curved glass
- Checking, cracking, bubbling, or finish peeling*
- Breakage or breakdown of fireplace components
- Single incident of damage caused by a Pet
