Can you deliver my package unopened?
We strive to provide our customers with fast, courteous, and professional delivery. If merchandise needs to remain in the original packaging, please notify us at the time of purchase.
Note: If the customer places a request to deliver merchandise unopened and in the original packaging, some assembly may be required by the customer.
Are there delivery timeframes?
Due to the high volume of deliveries, we cannot guarantee any delivery timeframes. Delivery personnel will contact you the morning of your delivery to give you a window of approximately 3-4 hours. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and delays such as traffic, weather, etc., potential delays may arise. Deliveries are made between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m.
What if I need to reschedule a delivery?
To reschedule the delivery of your order or to notify us of a change in the delivery address, please contact our delivery department via email delivery@belfurniture.com or call us directly at 832-358-8899 Ext. 106 & 108.
Note: If the customer chooses to cancel the delivery within 48 hours of delivery date printed on the receipt, this will result in a $149.99 re delivery fee.
What is Bel’s 180 Day Price Guarantee?
We are proud to offer our customers the longest Low Price Guarantee in the furniture industry. Bel strives to provide the lowest price on quality home furniture. If by chance you find a lower price within 180 days from the date of purchase on your receipt, Bel Furniture will match the advertised price of any in-stock item we carry. All we ask is for you to bring the current, printed advertised price of the same item by any competitor excluding internet specials. Bel will happily credit your account the difference in price for in-store credit only. The in-store credit balance is only good for use within 30 days of the issued date. Internet or website specials and or sale events on the website may be precluded from the 180 Day Price Guarantee whether from BEL Furniture or another internet retailer. Also, Internet or website specials/events/clearance merchandise is precluded from in-store purchases.
What is Bel’s 3 Day Satisfaction Guarantee?
We value your purchase with gratitude. At times, it may be difficult to visualize the outlook of your home until you place the furniture you have selected in the space anticipated. We recognize your concern and sincerely address this by providing every customer with a 3-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. If within 3 days of delivery or pick up, you decide not to keep the furniture for any reason, we will be glad to offer re-selection towards anything of equal or greater value without any restocking fees. All we ask is that the merchandise is returned without any damages to our warehouse or you may choose to pay an additional delivery fee if you would like us to pick it up. However, some items such as mattresses, mattress pads, clearance items, and floor models are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note, the original delivery fee will not be refunded.
Are there any requirements to Bel's 180 Day Sleep Comfort Guarantee?
Our 180 Day Sleep Comfort Guarantee is Exclusive to BEL Mattress Company, a division of BEL Furniture. This is the absolute longest time frame offered in the mattress industry and BEL is very proud to be able to offer this to BEL customers in partnership with our bedding manufacturers. The details of how this wonderful sleep comfort guarantee works and the customer requirements to take advantage of it are listed below.
- Only Premium mattresses qualify. (See store for details)
- All initial sales must be made as a 2Pc Twin, Full or Queen Set, and the King size as a 3Pc Set.
- The customer must keep the mattress for a minimum of 30 days from the original delivery date, which is the accepted adjustment period for a new mattress.
- The mattress only can only be exchanged once within the 180-day period (from the date of delivery) for a mattress model of equal or greater value. If of a greater value, the difference must be paid.
- In order for the mattress to be exchanged, it must be free from any stains, soiling of any type, tears, burns, odors, or any kind of obvious abuse. So therefore it is a strict requirement that a customer must purchase a premium mattress protector at the time of the original mattress purchase from BEL Furniture mattress department.
- The exchange must be done on a BEL Furniture delivery truck and the customer must pay the $149.99 delivery fee. No merchandise pick up is allowed from a store location or the BEL Furniture Distribution Center for a mattress exchange.
- Reselections on Clearance, Floor Samples, Mattress Foundations, Adjustable Power Bases, soiled or misused items, special orders, or size swaps are excluded from the guarantee.
What warranty options does Bel offer?
Almost every item Bel Furniture sells is covered under a 1 year manufacturer warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the delivery or customer pick up date. This warranty does not apply to any clearance items, floor samples, or accessories which are sold on an “AS IS” basis. Warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or color fastness on any upholstery fabrics and leather merchandise.
Most mattresses offer extended warranties. Claims under these warranties may vary by brand. Bel Furniture will be happy to assist you in this regard upon request. Any mattress with stains will result in voiding the warranty.
Bel Furniture also offers a 5 year protection program through Guardian Protection Products, Inc. which covers any accidental staining or damage occurrence.
Note: the purchase of Guardian Protection does not interfere with Bel Furniture 12 month manufacturer warranty. Guardian must be notified within 30 days of any accidental occurrence by the customer through their 800 number or the claim will be voided by the Guardian company. Additionally, there are specific warranty coverages for the plan that you may purchase.
Fabric:
- Accidental stains caused by any food or beverage normally consumed by humans; mold and mildew stains caused by food or beverage spills; stains caused by human or pet bodily fluids.
- Accidental stains caused by grass, grease, ballpoint pen ink, Iodine, nail polish, cosmetics, lipstick, crayon, and shoe polish.
*Please note: Lipstick, crayons, and ballpoint pen ink marks totaling more than 6 inches in length are considered preventable and will not be covered.
- Accidental rips, cuts, punctures, or burns from a single relatable occurrence.
Leather/Vinyl:
- Accidental stains caused by any food or beverage normally consumed by humans; mold and mildew stains caused by food or beverage spills; stains caused by human or pet bodily fluids.
- Accidental stains caused by grass, grease, ballpoint pen ink, Iodine, nail polish, cosmetics, lipstick, crayon, and shoe polish.
*Please note: Lipstick, crayon, and ballpoint pen ink marks totaling more than 6 inches in length are considered preventable and will not be covered.
Wood & Hard Surfaces:
- Accidental stains caused by any food or beverage normally consumed by humans; mold and mildew stains caused by food or beverage spills; breakage of wood frame or structure or other hard surface from single incident; gouge, heat mark or liquid ring from single incident; accidental breakage of glass or mirror components (with the exception of crowned or curved glass).
What if my furniture needs to be serviced or repaired?
An item under warranty will be repaired or replaced at Bel Furniture’s option, only within the 12 month warranty period. Bel Furniture’s warranty will be void if merchandise has been abused or relocated from the original invoice address at the time of purchase.
Actual in-home service for the warranty will be for a 6 month period and any in-home service beyond the 6 month period will require a service fee of $89.00 for the technician to come to your home for that home service. The customer does have the option to bring their merchandise to the BEL Furniture Distribution Center (Service Center) for inspection and repair after the initial 6 month period to avoid the in-home service fee of $89.00. An approval through customer service must be obtained for that and and appointment set to receive the merchandise back to the service center. Service for any merchandise will only be offered to customers within the 12 months limited warranty period. If item is relocated for any reason from the original invoice address at the time of purchase, Bel Furniture reserves the right to refuse service on the item.
Transportation fees for the inspection/repair of furniture under the BEL warranty are NOT included in the warranty agreement and are the responsibility of the customer.
If any item under the 12 month warranty period cannot be repaired in-home at the time of your scheduled service call, Bel Furniture may bring the item back to our distribution center for further repairs as a courtesy, provided the warranted item can fit into our customer service vehicle. Otherwise a transportation fee of $149.00 for pick up and return.
Customer is responsible for making arrangements for transportation of any repaired/serviced item to and from our distribution center.

How long do onsite repairs take?
Most repairs will be completed within 7-10 business days at the Bel Furniture distribution center located on 28450 West Ten Blvd. (Commerce Parkway) Katy, TX 77494.
In cases where Bel Furniture determines an item under our 12 month warranty can neither be repaired or replaced, Bel Furniture will issue full credit for the defective item for in-store credit only and reselection.
How do returns and exchanges work?
If merchandise has been picked up or delivered, BEL Furniture offers a 3-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If within 3 days of delivery or pick up you decide not to keep the furniture for any reason, we will be glad to offer re-selection towards anything of equal or greater value without any restocking fees. If it is still requested by a customer to actually cancel their invoice without using the reselection offer, then a cancellation fee of 25% of the merchandise value would be in effect and there is no refund of the original delivery fee. All we ask is that the merchandise is returned without any damages to our warehouse, or you may choose to pay an additional delivery fee if you would like us to pick it up. The actual agreed to refund amount will be processed and will 10-14 business days from the agreed date to conclude.
However, some items such as mattresses, mattress pads, clearance items, and floor models are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note, the original delivery fee will not be refunded.
What if I want to cancel my order?
A BEL customer has a 72 hour grace period from the date of purchase to cancel their order for a full refund only if the merchandise has not been picked up or delivered. Anything after our 72 hour grace period will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of merchandise value.
