What to Expect for My Furniture Delivery?
Before your delivery day, you will receive a text, call, or email from us confirming your delivery and providing some basic information. Before our team arrives, we ask that you measure vital areas in your home or apartment. We recommend measuring stairs, doorframes, hallways, and angles on tight turns. This is to ensure your furniture will not only fit inside your home but will also not damage any walls along the way. Securing pets and moving smaller children to a different area is also recommended. We hope to avoid pets sneaking out while our team moves your new furniture. Unfortunately, our staff cannot remove any existing furniture from your home. It's recommended to have family, friends, or neighbors assist you with its removal. Once all of that is addressed, the actual delivery is straightforward. We'll remove your furniture from our truck and carry its spot in your home. This ensures you can get back to spending time with your family.
How Do I Change My Furniture Delivery Details?
We understand that sometimes things happen. Bel Furniture is happy to work with you on scheduling your delivery. Due to the high volume of delivery requests, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe. When you place a delivery, you'll receive a basic estimation. Still, on the morning of your delivery, you'll receive a call with your expected timeframe. Deliveries are made between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. If you need to reschedule your delivery or change the address, that's simple. We ask that you contact our delivery department. We're happy to work with your busy schedule. It's important to note that if a customer cancels a delivery within forty-eight hours of a printed delivery date, it will result in a $129.99 re-delivery fee.
How Easy Is It to Get Furniture Warranties?
Just about everything we stock at Bel Furniture is covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty. This warranty is for defects with the material or workmanship, and it doesn't start until the delivery or customer pick-up. It's important to note that this warranty does not extend to clearance items, floor samples, or accessories. These are sold on an as-is basis. A wide variety of our mattresses offer extended warranties, which depends on the brand. Bel Furniture has a 180-day sleep comfort guarantee for our mattresses. There are some requirements to qualify, but if you don't love how your new mattress feels or your quality of sleep within 180 days, you'll be able to exchange it once. Our team would be happy to assist you with any requests regarding warranties. Thankfully, we also offer a five-year protection program through guardian protection products, which covers accidental staining or damages. The five-year protection plan does not interfere with the one-year manufacturing warranty.
How Do I Report Damaged or Defective Furniture?
We understand accidents are bound to happen. If an item is under warranty, it can be repaired or replaced at Bel Furniture's discretion, but only within the twelve-month warranty period. The warranty will be void if the furniture or merchandise has been abused or relocated from the original invoice address at the time of purchase. In-home services for the warranty will be for six months, and any at-home services beyond that will cost $89. You can bring your merchandise to our service center for an inspection and repair to avoid this fee. It's always best to let one of our qualified technicians know about an issue as soon as possible.
How Do I Get the Lowest Price on Furniture?
Bel Furniture is beyond proud to offer every customer our 180-day low price guarantee. This is the longest guarantee in the furniture industry in Texas. If you find a lower price within 180 days of the purchase date on your receipt, we will match the advertised price on any in-stock item. To make sure everything flows smoothly, we ask that you bring the current, printed advertised price of the same furniture from one of our competitors. It's important to note that this excludes any internet specials. Our team will provide in-store credit for the price difference. In-store credit is only valid for thirty days from its issue date.
Is It Easy to Return and Exchange Furniture?
Bel Furniture offers furniture delivery customers a three-day satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, within three days of delivery or pick up, you decide you no longer want that piece, we will be glad to offer a re-selection towards anything of equal or greater value without any restocking fees. If the customer requests to cancel their invoice altogether, a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent of the merchandise value would be in effect, and no refund on the original delivery fee. With this option, we ask that the furniture is returned without damage to our warehouse, or you may pay an additional fee to have our professionals pick it up for you. Some items, such as mattresses, mattress pads, clearance items, and floor modules, are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.
