Grand-Cherry Sofa Table

I purchased this sofa table from Katy Bel showroom and I picked it up myself in order to avoid the delivery fee. When I assembled the product I found that one of the screw attached to left front leg fell off Luckily the other screws were tight and intact. I reached out to customer care about this and I have been asked to pay $99 for fixing this eventhough this product is still within the warranty. Since I did not pay for delivery fee and i picked this myself for technician to fix this they are charging me for this trip. Other option is to bring this to the service centre to get this fixed. The product is already assembled and its too hard to carry. I would never buy anything from Bel and disappointed with the service from Bel furniture
