Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

Bel Furniture offers a 12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser for non-commercial use.

  • Upholstered & leather: defects in springs, frame construction, seam integrity, and foam cushion resiliency (does not cover fabric/leather replacement).
  • Bedroom & dining: defects in materials or workmanship (excludes finish issues and normal wear and tear).
  • Mattresses: covered under the manufacturer’s warranty terms (varies by brand/model).

What is the 180-Day Price Guarantee?

If within 180 days from your purchase date you find a lower advertised price for the same in-stock item we carry, we’ll match it and provide the difference as in-store credit (valid for 30 days). Bring a current printed competitor advertisement (excluding internet specials). Internet/website specials, events, and clearance merchandise are not eligible.

What is the 180-Day Sleep Comfort Guarantee?

This guarantee is exclusive to BEL Mattress Company (a division of Bel Furniture) and applies to qualifying premium mattress sets (see store for details). Key requirements include:

  • Keep the mattress at least 30 days from the original delivery date.
  • One exchange within 180 days (from delivery) for equal/greater value (pay difference if higher).
  • Mattress must be stain/soil/tear/burn/odor-free; a premium mattress protector purchase is required at the time of original purchase.
  • Exchange is handled by Bel delivery truck; customer pays the $149.99 delivery fee.
  • Not eligible for clearance/floor samples, foundations, adjustable bases, special orders, size swaps, soiled/misused items, etc.

What is the 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee?

If merchandise has already been delivered or picked up, you may return it within 3 days for a one-time reselection of equal or greater value (no restocking fees). If you cancel instead of reselecting, a 25% cancellation fee applies and original delivery charges are non-refundable.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds may take about 10–14 business days from the agreed return date once your return is processed (timing varies by payment method).

Are there any return/exchange exclusions?
