6) Will you take my old furniture?
In general, our delivery team does not move existing furniture. Some delivery options include old mattress removal with the purchase of a new mattress set (conditions may apply). For details, see: Delivery & Pickup.
7) Where do I leave my old furniture?
We recommend scheduling your city bulk pickup, donating (if usable), or using a local haul-away service. If you’re purchasing a new mattress set, check whether your delivery option includes old mattress removal: Delivery & Pickup.
8) Will the item look the same as in the picture?
We do our best to display accurate images, but lighting, screen settings, and natural material variation (wood grain, fabric dye lots, leather texture) can cause slight differences. Please review product descriptions and dimensions, and contact us if you need additional photos/details.
9) How long will it take to receive my order?
Timing depends on the item type and delivery method:
- Local Delivery: You’ll receive a delivery window (typically ~3–4 hours) on the day of delivery. Specific time requests can’t be guaranteed.

10) Which delivery method should I select?

11) I want to know the exact time of delivery. When will it occur?
Exact times can’t be guaranteed. On the morning of your scheduled delivery date, the delivery team typically provides an estimated window (often ~3–4 hours). Traffic, weather, and routing can affect timing.
12) How can I help ensure a smooth delivery process?
- Measure doorways, hallways, stairwells, and elevators.
- Clear a path and remove fragile items.
- Make sure someone 18+ is present to accept delivery.

13) I wasn’t home when the delivery team arrived. What can I do?

14) Can I upgrade my delivery method?

15) I don’t like the item delivered or it didn’t fit in my home. What can I do?
If the merchandise has been delivered or picked up, Bel Furniture offers a 3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee that allows a one-time reselection toward an item of equal or greater value (exclusions apply). 16) I received a defective/damaged item. What can I do?

17) I received a missing item or missing parts. What can I do?

18) Can I pick up my furniture?
Yes. Check your invoice for the pickup location and bring a valid photo ID. For online credit card/financing orders, the cardholder must be present with matching ID. Full pickup instructions: Delivery & Pickup.
19) Why is Bel Furniture requesting additional information to fulfill my order?
For security and fraud prevention, we may request additional verification (for example: ID confirmation, billing details, or authorization) before releasing merchandise for delivery or pickup.
20) Can I cancel my order?
