• Local Delivery (Texas) for eligible items (room-of-choice delivery + setup included).
• Direct Ship (Online Only) for select items that ship directly from our vendors to your home in the USA.
• Store/Warehouse Pick Up (you can choose pickup at checkout when available).

Delivery fees depend on order type and total (shown at checkout). Common examples:

• Single mattress < $800: $49.99
• Single mattress ≥ $800: FREE
• Order total < $1,000: $89.99
• Order total $1,000–$2,000: $149.99

• Next-day delivery*: $199.99

*Next-day delivery is available within a 50-mile radius of the Distribution Center in Katy. Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM.

Old mattress removal** is available with the purchase of a new mattress set (mattress must be free of stains and body fluids).

• We will contact you 24–48 hours prior to delivery to confirm your address.
• On the morning of delivery, our team will provide a delivery window of approximately 3–4 hours.

• Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen conditions may occur.

• Clear the area where you want your furniture placed before delivery.
• Make sure pathways are accessible (hallways, doorways, stairs, elevators).
• Have someone 18+ available to accept delivery.

Cancellations within 48 hours or missed deliveries may result in a restocking or handling fee equal to the delivery charge.

• Any damage or missing parts must be documented on the delivery receipt and reported to Customer Service within 48 hours.
• You may accept or decline items with visible damage upon delivery.
• The delivery driver must acknowledge and sign the damage report.

Yes. When available, you can select Pick Up at checkout. Pickup details (location) will be shown on your invoice.

• Check your invoice for pickup location details.
• Bring your receipt to the cashier counter for processing and warehouse instructions.
• Provide a valid photo ID (Driver’s License, State-issued ID, or Federal Government issued ID).
• If someone else is picking up, their name must be listed in the order comments.
• Pickups are first-come, first-served. Customers are responsible for assembly after pick-up.
• Bel Furniture staff assists with loading only; customers are responsible for securing merchandise.
• Payments by check require management approval and bank verification.

Yes. The cardholder must be present at pickup and present a valid ID matching the cardholder’s name. Merchandise will not be released if these requirements are not met.

Bel Furniture offers a 12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser for non-commercial use.

• Upholstered & leather: defects in springs, frame construction, seam integrity, and foam cushion resiliency (does not cover fabric/leather replacement).
• Bedroom & dining: defects in materials or workmanship (excludes finish issues and normal wear and tear).
• Mattresses: covered under the manufacturer’s warranty terms (varies by brand/model).

If within 180 days from your purchase date you find a lower advertised price for the same in-stock item we carry, we’ll match it and provide the difference as in-store credit (valid for 30 days). Bring a current printed competitor advertisement (excluding internet specials). Internet/website specials, events, and clearance merchandise are not eligible.

This guarantee is exclusive to BEL Mattress Company (a division of Bel Furniture) and applies to qualifying premium mattress sets (see store for details). Key requirements include:

• Keep the mattress at least 30 days from the original delivery date.
• One exchange within 180 days (from delivery) for equal/greater value (pay difference if higher).
• Mattress must be stain/soil/tear/burn/odor-free; a premium mattress protector purchase is required at the time of original purchase.
• Exchange is handled by Bel delivery truck; customer pays the $149.99 delivery fee.
• Not eligible for clearance/floor samples, foundations, adjustable bases, special orders, size swaps, soiled/misused items, etc.

We do our best to display accurate images, but lighting, screen settings, and natural material variation (wood grain, fabric dye lots, leather texture) can cause slight differences.

Customers have a 72-hour grace period from the date of purchase to cancel for a full refund—provided the merchandise has not been picked up or delivered. Cancellations after 72 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on the merchandise value.

If merchandise has already been delivered or picked up, you may return it within 3 days for a one-time reselection of equal or greater value (no restocking fees). If you cancel instead of reselecting, a 25% cancellation fee applies and original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds may take about 10–14 business days from the agreed return date once your return is processed (timing varies by payment method).

Yes. Mattresses, mattress pads, clearance items, floor models, and other select items may be excluded from returns/exchanges. Direct Ship and Special Order items are non-refundable and excluded from the return/exchange policy.
